While I choose not to watch the daily news, I do make sure and keep up (or try to anyway!) with news in the technology world. What viruses or trojans are running loose, scams and all that other fun (Not) stuff that you need to worry about when you are on the internet whether you are working, shopping or just surfing around.
“We’ve heard some pretty sad stories about people who’ve sent money out of the country, and it’s very difficult to get that back,” said Jim Rabbitt, director of Wisconsin’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “If you’ve already wired money, that’s trouble. It depends on who you’ve wired it through. Some entities have guarantees on their money orders or the ability to stop pay on them.”
